The intellectual history of the Natural Law and its essential components are studied. The Natural Law is examined for its practical benefits and contextual usefulness. This level offers a further evaluation of the Natural Law. 'Realism' is explained with an analysis of its intelligibility, objectivity and universality. This level establishes the philosophical and logical support of the Natural Law as an irreplaceable guide in all human cultures and institutions. The authenticity of the natural law is demonstrated. The primary activities and associations of the human person are considered where Natural Law serves as the standard for social flourishing and stability.

Level III
In this final level an advanced application of the Natural Law is studied in key areas of modern society. Students take a closer look at the Natural Law in contemporary education and in the public arena. We examine existing deficiencies and strengths in modern social institutions. Natural Law is explored in political thought; public policy matters are surveyed. Subsidiarity is highlighted and assessed against progressive ideologies.
